This pastel has quite a story behind it. Created at the very last minute in order to be shipped at St-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, it was almost not finished in a timely matter. Furthermore, I had previously started another one, unfinished, that gave me much trouble that I was doubting my own capacity to finalized anything. That being said, by coming back to my original idea (lights and shadows), I was able to wrap it up and here I am, winner of the second prize of the PSEC Pastel Toujours exhibition, a first for me, and of which I am very proud to announce.
